Industrial vacuum cleaner YM3600M is a light industrial vacuum cleaner, which is a relatively light industrial vacuum cleaner.
It can unload materials continuously and improve work efficiency.
It is suitable for factory workshops: ground dust, coal ash, cement, carbon, ceramics, flour, iron filings, glass fragments and other work.
- Motor System: Three 1200w copper wire motors have strong suction, and the uniquely designed exhaust port allows air to be discharged directly downward, so that the motor can get the fastest heat dissipation. On the control panel, three switch buttons independently control a single motor. A handle is located on the upper part of the machine head, which can move the motor system, so as to facilitate the inspection and replacement of the filter element in the filter chamber.
- Filter System: The filter in the filter system uses a coated high-efficiency filter element, which can effectively protect the motor, ensure that the dust remains in the trash can, and ensure the output air volume. The filter area of the filter bag is (3.5 square meters) and the filter accuracy can reach (1.0 microns).
- Back-blowing Cleaning System: The machine is equipped with a back-blowing cleaning system. The machine can clean the dust on the filter element during operation. There is no need to stop the machine for cleaning. No external air source is required. The filter bag can be cleaned at any time to prevent dust from clogging the filter element. It is more convenient to clean the filter element, making it less likely to clog, and increasing the negative pressure and air volume of the industrial vacuum cleaner.
- Collection System: Large-capacity collection bucket, no need to frequently dump the trash can, reducing labor frequency. The upper and lower separation bucket design makes it more convenient to move and dispose of garbage.
- Vacuum Cleaner Accessories: Standard large-caliber vacuum cleaner accessories: S-bend pipe, vacuum cleaner head, flat suction nozzle, round brush, 5-meter EVA vacuum hose. Compared with traditional vacuum cleaner accessories, it has a larger working area and a wider vacuum area, and can quickly clean dust, iron filings and other substances that need to be sucked.
